My goals with this page are to include a weekly goal that will push me towards a healthier way of life. These goals are intended to compound and make me feel better over time.
Goal: 1 (January 3-16) Work out for 30 minutes 3 times this week. This can include cardio or weights. Actual: 1/3/11 (20 minutes elliptical + sit ups), 1/4/11 (20 min elliptical + sit ups), 1/9/11 (20 min elliptical + sit ups), 1/11/11 (20 min elliptical +sit ups and stability ball exercises), 1/14/11 (30 minutes of snow shoveling (Yes I am counting it, good work out!!)). —-Well, 5 out of 6… I am calling that pretty good. I was going to work out this evening but DH and i decided to watch a movie instead.
Goal #2 (Jan 17-29): Continue with a work out three times a week. Add in additional 10 minutes to my cardio workout. Research additional weight and resistance training I can do in the basement without a gym. This one might be tough I am traveling for work and will be in a hotel. Might have a little gym, might be so done from working in the cold all day. Actual: (1/17/11-30 min elliptical, sit ups)
