Again!!! 20 minutes on the elliptical and crunches on the exercise ball. Instead of watching The Biggest Looser and thinking about working out, I WORKED OUT!!! Very happy with me!!!
I have also been watching what I eat but not really getting down on myself for that. I know that I will do better if I don’t do everything at once and deny myself all bad foods. I am eating more fruit but not necessarily avoiding McDonald’s breakfast. I have been in the grocery store and would normally pickup a sweet of some kind on my way out the door… I have not been doing that. (The snack box at work still seems to call my name but yesterday I had pretzels instead of chocolate)….
I am working very hard a being successful at this and working toward more food restrictions… Weight Watchers will be back on the agenda shortly.
